The Meta Cultural Foundation in partnership with Goethe-Institut Bukarest and the Romanian Cultural Institute organizes in Bucharest, October 8th November 7th, 2010, the fourth edition of the Biennial of Young Artists. The exhibition will be held at the Stirbei Palace on Calea Victoriei 107.
